Basic Driving Directions

From I-75: Take Exit #44-SR 725 Miamisburg-Centerville Road. Turn East on Miamisburg-Centerville Road. Drive past the Dayton Mall to Yankee Street. Turn left on Yankee Street. Cross over 675. Turn left into the parking lot of the Yankee Medical building.
